On April 6, 2011, American Railcar Industries, Inc.’s board of directors’ compensation committee approved a base salary increase for Mr. Dale C. Davies, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Davies’ salary was increased from $205,000 to $225,000 effective April 1, 2011.
