Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 1, 2012, Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted a conference call to discuss the Company’s financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012. A transcript of the conference call is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
