ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Dreams, Inc. (the “Company”) has issued guidance for the three months ended March 31, 2011, and the year ending December 31, 2011. The Company has projected (i) consolidated revenues for the year ending December 31, 2011 of $140 million; (ii) consolidated revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2011 of approximately $23 million, an approximate 40% increase over the $16.5 million consolidated revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2010; and (iii) revenue for the Company’s Internet Division for the three months ended March 31, 2011 of approximately $16.5 million, an approximate 50% increase over the $11 million revenue for the Company’s Internet Division for the three months ended March 31, 2010.
