On March 30, 2011, Verisk Analytics, Inc. priced the public offering of $450 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.800% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Senior Notes”).
A copy of the press release announcing the pricing of the Senior Notes is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
