Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 11, 2011, we issued a press release discussing our financial results for the fourth
quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release, which is hereby incorporated
into this filing in its entirety, is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
In the press release, we also announced that
we have scheduled a conference call to discuss our fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 results
on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 12:30 pm Eastern Time. The conference call may be accessed by dialing
1.800.942.7925. Callers should reference the “Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II call” to the operator when dialing in to the conference.
