On February 23, 2011, Limited Brands, Inc. issued a press release setting forth its fourth quarter 2010 and full year earnings. In addition, the press release contains updated guidance with respect to February comparable store sales. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
