Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 17, 2011, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) provided notice that the name change of the company from GoEnergy, Inc. to Wizard World, Inc. will be effective at the opening of business on February 18, 2011 under the new symbol “WIZD.” The new CUSIP number is 97751C 100. The symbol change better reflects the new name and business of the Company.
