Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 10, 2011, The Talbots, Inc. (“Talbots” or the “Company”) announced that John Fiske, III is ceasing as Executive Vice President, Chief Stores Officer and will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. A search for his replacement is underway.
Trudy F. Sullivan, Talbots President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “We want to thank John for his contributions to the Company and we wish him well as he leaves to pursue other opportunities.”
