On February 8, 2011, Smith Micro Software, Inc. issued a press release which suspended its
full-year revenue guidance for fiscal 2011, provided an estimate of revenues for the first quarter
of 2011, and addressed related matters. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit
99.1 attached hereto.
