On
January 28, 2011, Randy Zelin resigned as a director of ProText Mobility, Inc.
(the “Company”), for personal reasons. Mr. Zelin’s resignation was not the
result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the
Company’s operations, policies or practices.
