Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 26, 2011 the Company issued a press release announcing that on January 26, 2011 its Board of Directors had declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 16, 2011 to stockholders of record on February 25, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
