Choice Bank and Choice Bancorp, Inc. (respective the “Bank” and the “Holding Company”) have accepted the resignation of Julie Leschke from the Board of Directors of the Bank and the Holding Company (and any Board committees on which Ms. Leschke served) effective January 26, 2011.
