Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On January 31, 2011, Capital Bank Corporation (Nasdaq: CBKN) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarterly period and fiscal year ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
