Declaration of Quarterly Dividend
At its January 25, 2011 Board meeting, State Bancorp, Inc.'s (the "Company’s") Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid on March 17, 2011 to stockholders of record as of February 16, 2011. The press release announcing the foregoing is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
