ANNOUNCES STOCK SPLIT
December 2, 2010 - Waco, Texas - Life Partners Holdings, Inc.
(Nasdaq GS: LPHI) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a
5-for-4 split of the company’s common stock which will be paid in the form of a
stock dividend on
December 31, 2010, to shareholders of record as of December 21,
2010.
