Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On October 18, 2010, the Board of Directors of Forex International Trading Corp. (the “Company”), approved a change in the Company's fiscal year of July 31 to December 31 (the “Fiscal Year Change”). The Company intends to file a transition report on Form 10-K covering the transition period of August 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 (the “Transition Period”). The Company also intends to file its Form 10-Q for the nine months ended September 30, 2010.
