Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 15, 2010, China Executive Education Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that that it will be hosting the next seminar in its World Masters series in Shanghai, China from October 16-18th. The seminar will feature as its keynote speaker Dr. John Gray, who is an internationally recognized expert in the fields of communication and relationships. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
