Accellent Inc. Announces Certain Preliminary Third Quarter 2010 Financial Information
Wilmington, MA (October 18, 2010) Accellent Inc. (the Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of Accellent Holdings Corp. (Accellent), today announced certain preliminary financial information for its fiscal third quarter ended September 30, 2010. Such information remains preliminary and subject to review by our independent public accountants.
The Company expects net sales for the quarter to total approximately $124.5 million to $125.5 million and expects Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter to total approximately $27.6 million to $28.4 million. A reconciliation of operating income to Adjusted EBITDA for the high and low end of these ranges is set forth below.
