On March
10, 2010, Miller Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the
“Earnings Release”) announcing its financial results for the quarter and year
ended December 31, 2009. A copy of the Earnings Release is furnished
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

PRINCIPAL OFFICERS

On March
10, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of
Directors had elected Theodore H. Ashford III to the Company’s Board of
Directors, effective April 1, 2010. A copy of the press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
Additional
information regarding the election of Mr. Ashford to the Company’s Board of
Directors is included in the Company’s Form 10-K for fiscal year ended December
31, 2009 to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 10,
2010.

On March
10, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of
Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its outstanding common
stock. This dividend is payable March 25, 2010 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on March 18, 2010. A copy of the
press release is attached as Exhibit 99.3 to this Form 8-K.
