Wake Forest, N.C. — December 15, 2009 — PowerSecure International, Inc. (Nasdaq: POWR) will
present at the 2010 Pritchard Capital Energize 2010 Investor Conference on Wednesday, January 6,
2010, at 8:30 a.m. pacific time, 11:30 a.m. eastern time, at the Westin Market Street in San
Francisco, CA. The presentation will include a discussion of the Company’s business operations,
financial results, strategic initiatives and prospects for the future. The slide presentation and
