Explanatory Note:
This Report amends the Current Report on Form 8-K/A filed by the registrant on July 27, 2009, which amended the current report on Form 8-K/A filed by the registrant on April 2, 2009. In the July 27 Form 8-K/A, the registrant reported the pro forma financial information, updated through March 31, 2009, required by Article 11 of Regulation S-X to be filed in connection with a net lease financing transaction involving The New York Times in March 2009. The purpose of this Report is to provide updated pro forma financial information through June 30, 2009, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
