On September 14, 2021, AB Private Credit Investors Corporation (the Fund) filed Articles of Amendment (the Amendment) to its Articles of Amendment and Restatement (the Charter). The Amendment amends Article VIII of the Charter to clarify that, consistent with the Funds offering documents, a general tender offer program is an additional liquidity measure that obviates the need to pursue a wind down and/or liquidation and dissolution of the Fund.
