On August 10, 2021, Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to report its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. Copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
