Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 5, 2021, S. Mark Nicholls informed the Company of his decision to terminate his employment with the Company, effective September 10, 2021. Mr. Nicholls has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since March 2021, and as its Chief Financial Officer since February 1, 2021. The Company’s Board of Directors has started a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
