On August 9, 2021, EverCommerce Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2021 and other matters described in the press release. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
