On July 21, 2021, the Board of Directors of Medalist Diversified REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) authorized, and the Company declared, a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock (the “Common Stock”) in the amount of $0.02 per share of Common Stock (the “Dividend”). The second quarter 2021 Dividend will be payable in cash on August 5, 2021 to holders of record of the Common Stock as of August 2, 2021.
