CURRENT REPORT ON FORM 8-K

On July 21, 2021, the Board of Directors of ENB Financial Corp (the "Corporation") amended Article 6, Section 6.1 of the Corporation's bylaws to increase the maximum time permitted to establish a record date prior to a shareholders meeting or other date for the establishment of certain shareholder rights from sixty (60) days to ninety (90) days as permitted by Pennsylvania law.

The amended and restated Bylaws are attached hereto Exhibit 3.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
