Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 19, 2021, Ramaco Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received jury verdicts in favor of the Company in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia (the “Southern District of West Virginia”) for an aggregate of approximately $32.7 million.
A copy of this press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
