Item 8.01 Other Events.
As previously disclosed, on May 25, 2021, the Company received a notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) indicating that, as a result of the Company’s failure to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2021 (the “Quarterly Report”), the Company no longer complied with the continued listing requirements set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Rule”).
On June 28, 2021, the Company filed the relevant Quarterly Report with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and on June 29, 2021, the Company received a letter (the “Compliance Letter”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq notifying the Company that it now complies with the Rule. Nasdaq additionally noted that the matter is now closed.
