Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The Dixie Group, Inc. (the "Company") today issued a press release announcing its entry into an agreement in principle for the sale of its commercial business to Mannington Mills, Inc. Terms and conditions are to be finalized in the near future.
The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
