Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On June 24, 2021, James Sapirstein resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Marizyme, Inc. (“Marizyme”).
On June 24, 2021, the Company appointed Dr. Vithal Dhaduk as Chairman.
