Item 8.01 Other Items.

 

FOMO CORP. (“FOMO”), through its wholly owned subsidiary FOMO ADVISORS LLC, has been issued by Homeland Resources Ltd. (HMLA) fifty million common stock purchase warrants with a five-year expiration and $.0001 cash or cashless exercise as a non-refundable deposit towards purchase of FOMO’s cannabis social network Kanab Club (https://www.kanab.club/). The warrants, along with fifty million similar term common stock purchase warrants issued as a retainer for advisory services to FOMO ADVISORS LLC, vote on an as exercised basis on all corporate matters and are exchangeable into preferred shares of Homeland Resources Ltd. in the future.
