Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm’s Consent
We consent to the inclusion in this Registration Statement of PureCycle Technologies, Inc. on Form S-1 of our report dated March 8, 2021, except for the effects of the restatement discussed in Note 2, Note 10, and the business combination discussed in Note 12 as to which the date is June 14, 2021, which includes an explanatory paragraph as to the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern, with respect to our audits of the consolidated financial statements of Roth CH Acquisition I Co. as of December 2020 and 2019 and for the year ended December 31, 2020 and for the period from February 13, 2019 (inception) through December 31, 2019, which report appears in the Prospectus, which is part of this Registration Statement.
