ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On June 21, 2021, Kaival Brands Innovations Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing revenues for its three and six months ended April 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
