On June 10, 2021, P & F Industries, Inc. issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the forgiveness of its $2,929,200 Paycheck Protection Program loan. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
