Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of
Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(e) On June 11, 2021, Philip Scott, Chief Capital
Markets Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (the
"Bank"), entered into a contract with the Bank providing for a
payment to Mr. Scott in the gross amount of $100,000 to be paid to
Mr. Scott if he remains employed at the Bank through and until June
30, 2023 to help assist with the implementation of the Bank’s
transition from the London Interbank Offered Rate (commonly known
as “LIBOR”) to the Secured Overnight Financing Rate
(commonly known as “SOFR”). A copy of the contact
entered into by the parties will be included with the Bank’s
next quarterly filing on Form 10-Q with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission.
