On June 8, 2021, Stoke Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and the following proposals were adopted:

Election of two Class II directors, Arthur A. Levin and Jennifer C. Burstein, each to serve a three-year term, which will expire at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until such time as their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified:
