Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 7, 2021, BC Partners Lending Corporation (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Set forth below are the two proposals voted upon by the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting, as described in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 26, 2021, together with the voting results for each proposal. As of April 12, 2021, the record date for the Annual Meeting, 1,665,129 shares of the Company’s common stock were outstanding and entitled to vote.

Proposal 1. The Company’s stockholders elected the following nominee to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company, who will serve until the 2024 annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is duly elected and qualifies: Robert Warshauer. The tabulation of votes was:
