Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On June 1, 2021, New Mountain Guardian III BDC, L.L.C. (the “Company”) entered into a letter agreement (the “Letter Agreement”) to, among other things, increase from $163,917,110 to $177,253,110 the maximum amount of credit available to the Company pursuant to the Loan Authorization Agreement, dated as of July 30, 2019, by and between the Company and BMO Harris Bank N.A.

 

The description above is only a summary of the material provisions of the Letter Agreement and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the copy of the Letter Agreement, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference thereto.
