Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 28, 2021, LifeMD, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that all shareholders lawsuits filed against the Company have been voluntarily dismissed. A copy of the press release is filed hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
