On May 24, 2021, Jennifer Dooley announced her resignation from her position as Chief Strategy Officer of Green Thumb Industries Inc. effective August 31, 2021. Ms. Dooley will continue to hold her position, perform her day-to-day responsibilities, and work to ensure a smooth transition of her responsibilities until the effective date of her resignation.
