On May 21, 2021, Great Elm Capital Corp. issued the press release attached as exhibit 99.1 to this report announcing that its second quarter 2021 quarterly cash distribution of $0.10 per share will be payable on June 30, 2021 to stockholders of record as of June 15, 2021.
