Item 1.01 Entry into Material Definitive Agreement
On May 12, 2021, Verde Bio Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had entered into an agreement for the purchase of certain mineral and royalty interests (“Acquisition”) with a private seller whereby the Company purchased various mineral and oil and gas royalty interests in exchange $1,097,000 in cash, (“Purchase Price”). The acquisition closed on May 18, 2021 with the effective date of the acquisitions May 1, 2021.
A form of the Purchase Agreements is filed as Exhibit 10.1to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
