On May 20, 2021, RiceBran Technologies issued a press release announcing that Peter Bradley, Executive Chairman, and Todd Mitchell, Chief Financial Officer, will make a virtual presentation at the BMO Capital Markets 16^th Annual Farm to Market Conference on Thursday, May 20, 2021. The slides that will be used at this presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
