Item 2.02 Result of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 18, 2021, Cosmos Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the first quarter of 2021. A copy of the press release titled “Cosmos Holdings Provides First Quarter 2021 Business Update; Reports 89% Year-Over-Year and 60% Sequential Increase in Nutraceutical Business” is attached hereto as 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. This information is intended to be furnished under this Item 2.02 of Form 8-K and shall not be deemed “Filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
