Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 14, 2021, Sila Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. The Company is also making available certain supplemental data for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. Copies of the earnings release and supplemental data for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and are incorporated by reference herein.
