Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 13, 2021, Sotera Health Company (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the first-quarter ended March 31, 2021. The Company will hold its previously announced conference call on May 13, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results for the quarter. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
