Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On May 6, 2021, Procyon Corporation (the “Company”) sold it office building located at 1300 S Highland Ave, Clearwater, FL 33756. The building was sold to the Joseph N. Pearlman Trust, for $740,000. The Pearlman Trust has no affiliation with the Company or any of its Board Members, or Officers. A copy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement for Commercial Land, dated April 9, 2021 is attached to this report and incorporated herein as Exhibit 10.1.
