Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 13, 2021, Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (“Applied DNA Sciences” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
