Item 2.03 - Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.

On May 7, 2021, Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit II LLC (the “Company”) elected to extend the maturity date of its senior secured revolving credit agreement, dated as of May 7, 2019, among the Company, as borrowers, the lenders party thereto, and MUFG Union Bank, N.A. as administrative agent (as amended or otherwise modified, the “Revolving Credit Facility”) in accordance with the terms of the Revolving Credit Facility. Effective May 7, 2021, the maturity date of the Revolving Credit Facility has been extended to May 6, 2022.
